AMD will unveil RDNA 2 and RX 6000 in October

The challenger to the RTX 3080.

Radeon RX 6000 is the name of the “Big Navi”, the video card everyone is waiting for from AMD, and which will compete with Nvidia’s new RTX 30 series.

Updated, 20:10:

Ryzen and Radeon RDNA2 are on their way, and will be revealed on October 8. AMD CEO Lisa Su announces on Twitter:

Maybe AMD will reveal something important this afternoon / evening Norwegian time

It is Frank Azor, who holds the company’s impressive title “Chief Architect of Gaming Solutions & Marketing” who hints at something:

Scott Herkelman from AMD on Twitter – why is AMD so cryptic?

What does AMD need to launch to compete with the RTX 30 series?

The RDNA 2 video card, much of the same technology that powers the Series X and PS5, is something many have been waiting for a long time.

The reason is a lot because AMD is really doing well on the CPU side, but that they now really have to show what they can to not fall behind the RTX 3080 which delivers fantastic performance at an ok price, as well as the 3070 which delivers 2080 ten-performance for the price of a Series X.

The last time AMD hinted at it was boring enough in Fortnite, as it’s more like marketing teasers than anything else.
