If you want a really sumptuous and expensive luxury car, Rolls-Royce is one of the brands you must stop by. They are unavoidable, with long, proud and at times turbulent history – and many impressive cars.
They have a tradition of designing and producing cars in their own way – and they have a tradition of preserving the traditions.
Therefore, there are no electrified drivelines here. Instead, you will find large gasoline engines.
And no one has sacrificed aerodynamics a single thought when the cars were designed. They face headwinds like a house wall – with the consequences it gives in relation to emissions and consumption. And their customers love them for it.

There are no other cars that can give exactly the feeling Rolls-Royce gives you, when you get behind the wheel. Everything you look at and take in oozes luxury.
Yes, German BMW owns Rolls-Royce. But do not think for a moment that there is extensive reuse, here. The car is being built at the factory in Goodwood, England, and the platform is their own. This is Rolls-Royce – from the center cups that show the RR logo the right way, even when the wheels are turning, to the starry sky on the roof.
And the carpets! There is a special place in heaven for those who make these soft and deep rugs.

Velvety V12 engine
Pressing the start button brings the V12 engine to life. Though, you do not notice. Neither sound nor vibration. It is as soft as velvet in the hallway.
In front of you towers the hood. Perhaps the most towering hood in the automotive world.
The car is lead-heavy, but as soon as you start driving, steering feels light and the car manageable. At least as long as you stay away from parking garages and narrow driveways. Some physical laws, even Rolls-Royce can not do anything about.
