Covid Hotel in every province to empty hospitals, giving way to non-symptomatic infected people with social conditions not suitable for quarantine at home. This was announced by the Minister of Regional Affairs Francesco Boccia during the meeting with the governors. Boccia stressed the possibility of using military facilities as well. In some cases, patients who do not have a negative swab remain in the hospital without yet needing treatment and for this it is necessary to have rooms available where they can remain in quarantine.
Faced with numbers that, in some ways, register some timid signs of clearing, but remain – especially with regard to hospitalizations and, unfortunately, also deaths – extremely critical, the government and local authorities (Regions and Municipalities) have taken and they are about to take new restrictive measures.
It moves on three levels:
1. The first is that of government ordinances, which will establish, tomorrow, the colors of the bands in which the Regions will fall. In particular, Veneto, Emilia Romagna and Friuli Venezia Giulia are expected to enter the orange zone; and that Campania can enter the red zone.
2. The second is that of regional ordinances: in particular, today three Regions – Emilia Romagna, Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Veneto – have passed very similar ordinances, coordinating interventions to ensure uniformity in the various territories. The Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, has already given his green light.
3. The third that of the ordinances of the mayors, which do not require a passage to the Ministry of Health: below you will find some of the measures launched in the various Municipalities of Italy. In order to avoid the blockade, the mayors of the cities that are still in the yellow zone organize themselves with restrictive measures and stronger closures than national ones.

The ordinances in Veneto, Emilia-Romagna and Friuli Venezia Giulia
The three Regions – all three, currently, in the yellow zone – have passed ordinances with almost identical contents, trying to harmonize the policies in place in their respective territories. The ordinances, in force until December 3, require the use of a mask even outdoors; a ban on walking in historic city centers and crowded areas; the closing of the shops of the medium and large distribution on the day before holidays, and also of the small shops on holidays, with the exception of food shops, pharmacies and parapharmacies, tobacconists and newsagents; new rules for bars. The streets of Rome
After the gatherings of last weekend on the beaches and in the parks, the prefect Matteo Piantedosi have targeted controls. Bars and restaurants in Florence
In Florence, bars and restaurants will be closed on Saturday and Sunday, but it is also being considered to ban access to some squares. If things go wrong and we see that behaviors do not change then I will propose to limit the entrance to the squares of the center of Florence, announced the mayor Dario Nardella, because we have had many problems with large crowds and this does not help: we must limit contacts superfluous at most.
Closed center in Palermo
In the Sicilian capital until 3 December the ban on parking for people, from Monday to Friday from 4pm to 10pm; Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 5 to 22, in the areas of the center of Palermo.

Meanwhile, the Municipality specifies that the ordinances that prohibit access and parking in piazza San Francesco (from 8 pm to 6 am), piazza Verdi (from 6 pm to 6 am) remain in force; the part of piazza Aldrovandi in front of street numbers 12 and 12 / ABC (from 18 to 6).
Curfew in Bari
In Bari an ordinance is in force that prohibits parking from 9pm to 2am the following day in 19 streets and squares of Bari. The closing of the shops will also be anticipated at 7 pm and entry to the skatepark will be prohibited.

Governor Luca Zaia was explicit: In Verona we have the most critical situation, all possible safeguards are being activated. Curfew in Genoa
In Genoa, the curfew starts at 9 pm and from 27.10.2020 to 23.11.2020, the restrictions on circulation are extended to the entire municipal area: from 21.00 to 06.00, without prejudice to the possibility of access and outflow to private homes, to legitimately open commercial establishments, to movements determined by work needs, sports or individual motor activity , situations of necessity or health reasons, written in the mayor’s ordinance.
