After Salah raided the TNI Colonel’s room, the Malang Police Head of Narcotics was transferred

SURABAYA, KOMPAS.com – The East Java Regional Police Chief implemented a mutation policy after the raid on the wrong target by the Police’s drug unit team Poor.

The Head of Malang Police Narcotics Unit, Police Commissioner Anria Rosa Piliang, was transferred to become the First Policy Analyst in the Psychotrophic Sector of the East Java Regional Police’s Drug Resort Directorate.

The position of Police Commissioner Anria Rosa Piliang is filled by AKP Danang Yudanto, an officer in Unit III Subdit I of the East Java Regional Police General Criminal Investigation Directorate.

Head of Public Relations of the East Java Regional Police, Kombes Gatot Repli Handoko, confirmed the transfer.

The transfer was issued by the East Java Regional Police Chief in accordance with Telegram number 587 dated March 26, 2021 which was signed by the Head of the East Java Regional Police’s Human Resources Bureau.

“The mutation is usually done by the National Police to refresh the organization,” he explained, confirmed Saturday (27/3/2021).

Gatot previously emphasized that the incident of wrongful arrest by the Malang Police Satreskoba team was a procedural error. He made sure he didn’t break the relationship TNI and the Police in East Java.

“In principle, we TNI and Polri in East Java remain solid,” said Gatot at the East Java Regional Police Headquarters, Friday (25/3/2021) afternoon.

The incident, according to him, was the mistake of the SOP from the Malang Police Satreskoba team. “There has been mediation and we have also submitted an apology and it has been accepted,” he explained.

According to the error handling SOP, the four personnel of the Malang Police Satreskoba team are currently detained and questioned by the Malang Police Propam.

A total of four members of the Malang City Police, raided the wrong target of a hotel room which was apparently rented by a TNI colonel.

The officers initially wanted to catch a drug dealer who was informed that he was at the hotel, Thursday (25/3/2021).

However, four personnel with the initials M, K, A, and Ar were mistaken. They raid different rooms.

They raided room number 419 which is occupied by Colonel I Wayan Sudarsana, who is carrying out his duties as Team Rikmat Bekfas TW 1 in 2021.
