Add 90, Positive Covid-19 Cases in Bantul 11,232

Harianjogja.com, BANTUL – Positive confirmed cases of Covid-19 infection in Bantul Regency in the last day increased by 90 people. Thus, as of Saturday (17/4/2021), the total number of cases exposed to the Corona virus has reached 11,232 people.

The Bantul Covid-19 Control Task Force said the additional new cases included 21 people from Banguntapan District, 16 people from Sewon District, 12 people from Jetis District, and 11 people from Pandak District.

Furthermore, from Pleret District, seven people, Sedayu seven people, Bantul five people, the rest from Kasihan District four people, Pajangan three people, Sanden two people, as well as from Kretek one person, and Bambanglipuro one person.

However, in the same period there were 71 people who were recovered from Covid-19 from Banguntapan District, 13 people, 11 people from Pajangan, nine from Imogiri, six from Pandak, Jetis and Sedayu each, and five from Dlingo.

The rest from Sanden, Bantul, and Kasihan each were three people, and from Bambanglipuro, Pleret, and Sewon two each. Thus, the total number of cases recovered from COvid-19 in Bantul has accumulated a total of 10,094 people.

As for the Covid-19 cases that died today, there are no additional new cases, so the total death cases in Bantul remain 305 people.

With the development of the daily Covid-19 case, the data for active patients in Bantul who are still undergoing isolation and treatment of health workers at a number of referral hospitals as of Saturday (17/4/2021) totaled 833 people.

In order to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19, Bantul Abdul Halim Muslih, Head of the Covid-19 Covid-19 Task Force, invited the people of Bantul to always adopt clean and healthy living habits (PHBS) in their daily lives.

“The discipline is to apply health protocols according to the 5M, namely wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds, and reducing mobility,” he said. *
