Soap opera artist Ammar Zoni arrested again in connection with a suspected drug abuse case. This is the third time Ammar has been caught in a similar case.
“Yes (the artist was arrested in a drug case),” West Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Head AKBP Indrawienny Panjiyoga confirmed, Wednesday (13/12).
“Ammar Zoni,” he continued.
However, Panjiyoga has not explained in detail the chronology of Ammar’s arrest. Including, time and location of arrest.
Panjiyoga also has not disclosed the drug evidence confiscated by the police when arresting Ammar in this case.
Previously, Ammar Zoni had been arrested twice in connection with drug abuse cases. Ammar was first arrested in 2017. At that time, Ammar Zoni was involved in a marijuana and methamphetamine case.
In early 2023, precisely in March, Ammar was arrested again by the South Jakarta Metro Police with evidence of methamphetamine. Ammar was sentenced to seven months in prison and was declared free on October 4.
