To suspect the murder of three family members in Mertoyudan, Magelang, Dhio Daffa Swadilla (22), admitted learning to use poison from the Munir case to the Mirna cyanide coffee case. Dhio poisoned his father, mother and brothers to death.
“Those who died were his closest family members, his parents and his own siblings. It turned out that the person concerned explained, learning from the cases that had occurred, in which cases involved the use of chemicals, including the Munir case, who at that time died from the chemical arsenic,” Plt Kapolresta Magelang AKBP Mochammad Sajarod Zakun said when he met with Magelang police, as reported by detik JatengFriday (2/12/2022).
“Second, the case that happened in Jogja some time ago, where there was some satay that had been smeared with a chemical in the form of cyanide. And also the case of Mirna, who used cyanide mixed with coffee,” added Sajarod.
Previously reported, Dhio poisoned his father, Abas Ashar (58); his mother, Heri Riyani (54); and his sister, Dhea Chairunnisa (24), mixing cyanide into iced tea and coffee.
The three victims were found dead in three toilets of their home at Jalan Sudiro Gang Durian RT 10 RW 01, Prajenan Hamlet, Mertoyudan Village, Mertoyudan District, Magelang Regency on Monday (11/28).
