A consultant unveils a healthy meal for the elderly, adults and children … and explains its ingredients and method of preparation • Al Marsad Journal

Al-Marsad Newspaper: Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Othman, professor and clinical education consultant, revealed a healthy meal for the elderly, adults and children.

Al-Othman said, in a video he posted on his account with the “Tik Tok” application: “A healthy meal for the elderly, adults and children and those with poor appetite and constipation treatment, as it is easy to digest and pleasing to them”.

He emphasized, “A healthy meal consists of bread with vegetables and grain ingredients that include Jazan white corn, white turkey, red corn, chickpeas, yellow corn, millet, soybeans, puree, and oats to taste.”

She pointed out, “Vegetable ingredients include potatoes, parsley, green onions, white onions, carrots, zucchini, tomatoes and yellow squash, and honey.”

And he continued: “The vegetable ingredients are put on the fire until boiling and, after having cooled them, put in the blender”.

And he continued, “After leveling the bread, add the tomatoes, green onions, white onions, and parsley to the blender,” emphasizing, “The other bread is mixed with the onions and parsley, and leveled the same way.”
