Al-Marsad newspaper: A 14-year-old Algerian girl was killed in Brussels by a man in her 30s she met on Snapchat.
Local media reported that the girl was kidnapped in Anderlecht on Friday, before being found by a runner in a forest south of Liège, Belgium.
Police said the prime suspect, a 37-year-old man, had been found. Whoever the girl recognized on Snapchat is hanged a few miles away.
The girl’s relatives had reported her and her two-and-a-half-year-old little sister missing the day before her body was found.
The prosecution said the little girl was found unharmed in the suspect’s car near the site where he committed suicide.
Investigations revealed that the suspect lured the victim, proposing her to go shopping and was about to make an appointment with her. Where the girl met him with her little sister.
Investigations are underway to determine the cause of the accident.
