A British boxer drowned in an attempt to save his dog. Paul Lebihan, 24, died in an accident in a river near the Spanish city of Benidorm, Valencia.
The athlete was pulled out of the water unconscious near a waterfall.

Lebihan died trying to save his dog, according to media in Spain and England.
Police explained that the current of the river had swept him away and he could not swim back to shore.
Lebihan, who is boxing with amateurs, is a former military man.
