All players of the newly formed team of the Czech national football team at Monday’s match of the League of Nations with Scotland in Olomouc had a negative test for coronavirus and can thus start the duel. The nomination for the match will be announced by the Football Association of the Czech Republic at 18:15. FACR spokesman Michal Jurman informed the journalists about this.
The association hastily formed a new team after Friday’s 3: 1 victory in Slovakia due to the fact that two cases of coronavirus appeared in the original selection – both among members of the implementation team. One positive finding was announced by the national team in Prague on Wednesday, the other was revealed by control tests in Bratislava before Friday’s match.
The national team of the match with the Slovaks took place and won 3: 1, but after discussions with the hygienists, the meeting was ended prematurely due to fears of further spread of the disease. All players had negative and control subscriptions. Coach Jaroslav Šilhavý also went into isolation with the original selection.
Nominations should be made up of players from league teams. Baník Ostrava has already announced on twitter that he has added four Daniel Holzer, Adam Jánoš, Jan Juroška and Roman Potočný. The quartet Stanislav Tecl, Ondřej Karafiát and Tomášová Holeš and Malinský were to arrive from Slavia in Prague, Tomáš Syrovátka, a member of the Vršovice club management, suggested on Twitter.
