As reported by Expres.co.uk, Tuesday (10/13/2021), Astronomer Tony Phillips said, a small G1 class geomagnetic storm that peaked on October 12, 2021 when the solar wind flow was expected to hit the Earth’s magnetic field. “Effect Sun storm cause, The heat of hell aka approaching the heat of Hell. The gaseous material flows faster than 500 km/s from the equatorial hole in the sun’s atmosphere,” he said.
Phillips said the storm was categorized as a G1 class hurricane that could cause “weak power grid fluctuations” and could have a “minor impact on satellite operations”.
As is known, the Sun often releases solar flares which in turn blast energy into space. Some of these solar flares can hit Earth and most are harmless to our planet.
However, the sun can also release a very strong spray of solar fire that can cripple the earth’s technology.
Previous research has revealed the sun releases extreme solar flares once every 25 years on average.
Most recently, a solar storm hit Earth in 1989. This storm caused a power outage in Quebec, Canada, because conducting rocks on Earth can carry excess energy from magnetic shields.
Other than that, Sun storm A powerful force can damage satellite systems because the explosion of solar particles can expand the Earth’s magnetosphere, making it difficult for satellite signals to penetrate.
Although it is impossible to predict when and where the storm will be big sun will hit, it is inevitable that solar storms will hit the planet in the future.
