Shocking images from the United States show how police officers apparently pull Clifford Owensby, who is paralyzed from the waist down, out of his car.
Video footage filmed with one of the police officers’ body cameras has been published by the local news channel WHIO News.
– I’m lame!
On September 30, Clifford Owensby, a paralyzed black man, was driving down West Grand Avenue in Dayton, Ohio, when he was stopped by police.
In the video clip, one of the policemen can be heard ordering Owensby to get out of the car. Owensby replies that he can not get out of the car.
– I can not get out of the car. I am paralyzed from the waist down, says Owensby in the video.
Reveals heartbreaking detail before the murder
After repeatedly asking Owensby to get out of the car, the policeman begins to say that he will “help” him get out.
– No, you should not. You must not touch me. You should definitely not touch me, you can hear Owensby answer in the video.
Gets pulled out
They discuss for a while, before Owensby asks the policeman to contact his “white shirt”, ie the policeman’s superior.
– Listen, I’m going to pull you out and then I’m going to call a superior, the policeman answers.
– Because you’re getting out of this car! There are no choices here. You’re going out of this car! So you can cooperate and get out of the car, or I’ll pull you out. Do you see your two possibilities here?

Once again, Owensby asks if the cop can call his superior. In the video clip, you can then see pictures of one or more policemen pulling Owensby out of the car – first by the arm, and then by the hair.
– Can anyone help? I’m lame, he shouts as he lies on the tarmac. While he is lying and screaming, the police handcuff him.
Then they pull him across the street, while his legs submerge in the ground.
“I feel that what they did was wrong, and I could not believe what happened to me,” Owensby told WHIO News.
