3. Wash your hands frequently

Sunbathing is one simple way to improve immune system body. This is because sunlight produces vitamin D which comes from ultraviolet-B (UVB) rays. Vitamin D is useful for boosting immunity.

Subjects who reported doing five or more days of aerobic activity per week had 43 percent fewer days of ARDs than subjects who did not do aerobics.

Yogurt is a dairy product that contains probiotics, which are known to reduce the body’s inflammatory response. One study found that the good gut bacteria found in probiotic foods shortened the duration of a cold by 2 days and reduced the severity of symptoms by 34 percent.
