Companies can again get professional advice in-house in 2021. As part of the “Potential Consulting” funding program, they receive a grant of up to EUR 5,000 for a maximum of ten consulting days. The regional agency Siegen-Wittgenstein and Olpe has now pointed out in a press release.
“In view of the current challenges for companies and employees, looking ahead is more important than ever,” emphasizes District Administrator Andreas Müller: “In order to be able to remain competitive in the market in the future,” potential advice “can provide valuable support and provide new food for thought” , so Müller. The range of possible topics is wide and ranges from process optimization to internal and external communication to specific digitization measures.
These companies can request advice
Both the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and the European Social Fund contribute to the consulting costs with the funding instrument “Potential Consulting”. Not only traditional production companies, but also, for example, craft businesses, service companies or freelancers can be funded. The only requirement is that it is a company with at least ten employees.
In a free conversation with the regional agency, the official point of contact for the funding program, possible priorities of the advice can be determined without obligation. At the same time, the regional agency checks whether the interested company meets the requirements for funding and then accompanies it on its way to funding. The “potential consultation” itself then takes place over a period of up to nine months directly on site in the company by an experienced consulting company that can be freely selected.
