Pamela was in jail in 2020 and 2021, for which Vinity’s guardianship remained in the hands of the mother and it is believed that this could be the reason why she decided to kidnap her daughter.
The accident would have originated after Jacksonville police officers attended a report of the kidnapping of a girl during the night of Thursday.
