Uzone.id – Apple has just held their first event in 2022 titled Apple Event, March 8, 2022. At this event, Tim Cook cs showcased some of their latest devices including the third generation iPhone SE.
The event focused on the latest affordable iPhone SE, the new colors of the iPhone 13 series, the iPad Air with Apple’s M1 chipset, the latest Mac chip, the M1 Ultra Chip that debuted in Mac Studio, as well as the 27-inch Studio Display monitor.
New iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro Colors
Apple announced two new colors for their iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro, these two colors are Alpine Green/Alpine Green and Green/Green.
These two new colors will be the latest collection from the iPhone 13 series, Alpine Green for iPhone 13 Pro and Green color for iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini.
Previously, the iPhone 13 Pro had 4 color variants, namely Sierra Blue, Graphite, Gold, and Silver. While the iPhone 13 and 13 Mini have 5 color variants, namely Red, Starlight, Midnight, Blue, Pink.
“Consumers love the design of the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13, we’re excited to reveal a stunning new touch of green and alpine green to join the beautiful colors of the iPhone 13 lineup,” said Bob Borchers, Apple’s vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing.
The iPhone 13 series with this new color will be available for pre-order on Friday, March 11, 2022 and will be widely available starting March 18, 2022.
iPhone SE 3 (iPhone SE 2022)
The iPhone SE 3 (iPhone SE 2022) comes at an affordable price with a few upgrades in it.
iPhone SE 3 has the same processor as the iPhone 13, namely A15 Bionic which has a more improved speed and has smoother performance, claimed to be 26 times faster than the iPhone 8.
This smartphone has a more compact design with a 4.7-inch Retina HD screen with the same glass design as the iPhone 13, this third generation iPhone SE also has IP67 water resistance.
This iPhone SE still uses the old design with a large bezel at the top and bottom and a physical home button that contains Touch ID. On the back, Apple embeds a 12MP rear camera without an ultra-wide or telephoto camera and a 7MP front camera.
iPhone SE 3 comes in three colors, namely midnight, starlight, and red. The iPhone SE 3 will be the first iPhone SE series to have a current 5G network.

By bringing a fairly premium upgrade to the iPhone SE 3, Apple is selling the iPhone SE 3 (iPhone SE 2022) with a starting price of USD 429 or around Rp. 6.1 million.
The iPhone SE 3 (iPhone SE 2022) is available for pre-order starting this Friday and will be available starting March 18.
iPad Air with M1 chip
iPad Air is claimed to have more powerful performance than the previous generation thanks to the M1 chipset from Apple.
iPad Air 2022 is equipped with other enhanced features such as a front camera with Ultra-wide angle and Center Stage for a more natural video experience, a USB-C port, and super-fast 5G support. Not to forget, the iPad Air 2022 comes at an affordable price for Apple consumers.
“With the breakthrough M1 chip, the Ultra Wide Front Camera with Center Stage, and ultra-fast 5G, iPad Air is now more powerful, more capable, and more fun than ever,” said Greg Joswiak, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing, Tuesday, (08/03/2022).
With its 8 Core CPU, the performance of the iPad Air is said to be 60 percent faster as well as graphics performance which increases 2x faster than the previous generation.

For the screen, Apple pinned a 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display with a resolution of 1640×2360 pixels, True Tone, brightness up to 500 nits, HDR support and Touch ID support.
iPad Air is equipped with a 12MP Ultra-wide angle front camera with Center Stage feature, and a 12MP camera on the back that is capable of taking 4K resolution photos and videos.
For the price, Apple is selling the latest iPad Air with prices starting at USD 599 or Rp. 8.6 million for the Wi-Fi model, and the Wi-Fi + cellular model is priced at USD 749 or Rp. 10.7 million.
Mac Studio with M1 Ultra Chip and Studio Display
Apple introduces Mac Studio and Studio Display, new Mac desktops and displays designed to meet the needs of users to build the studio of their dreams.
Mac Studio is powered by the new M1 Max and M1 Ultra, claimed to be the most powerful computer chips in the world today.
With Mac Studio, users can perform demanding activities such as rendering massive 3D environments and playing 18 ProRes video streams.
In addition to Mac Studio, Apple also presents a 27-inch Studio Display monitor as a complement to users’ creative studios. Studio Display is said to be the perfect complement to Mac Studio and can be paired with any Mac.
It features a spacious 27-inch Retina 5K display, a 12MP Ultra Wide camera with Center Stage, as well as a six-speaker sound system with high quality and spatial audio.
The combination of Mac Studio and Studio Display is claimed to turn any workspace into a creative powerhouse. Both are touted as the strongest and most advanced Mac line from Apple ever.
“We are excited to introduce the new Mac desktop and display through Mac Studio and Studio Display,” said Joswiak.
“Mac Studio ushers in a new era for desktops with incredible performance powered by the M1 Max and M1 Ultra, a suite of connectivity, and a compact design that keeps everything a user needs within easy reach,” he added.
He adds, “and Studio Display — with its stunning 5K Retina display, along with the best camera and audio combination ever on a desktop display — is in a class of its own.”
Mac Studio is already available starting March 8, 2022, with prices starting from USD 1799 or IDR 25.8 million to USD 1999 or IDR 28.7 million.
Meanwhile, Studio Display is available starting at a price of USD 1499 or IDR 21.5 million to USD 1599 or IDR 23 million.
