41% catering industry refuses to check QR code: ‘Growing group is resisting harder and harder’ | Inland

Amsterdam – More than 40 percent of catering entrepreneurs do not intend to check the corona pass of visitors. From Saturday, the one and a half meters will expire and the QR code and associated ID check will be mandatory in food and beverage outlets, with the exception of the terraces. Of the entrepreneurs who indicate that they do carry out the check, 13% have already had to deal with threats or negative reviews, according to representative research by Koninklijke Horeca Nederland.
