The incident occurred on 21 June in Arnavutköy district. According to the information obtained, 15-year-old Şafak G. left the house by taking pocket money from her father. Allegedly, some people were left in an abandoned building after the drugs got worse by taking pills. Şafak G., who was taken to the hospital with an ambulance upon the notification of those who saw him, died without being saved. The funeral of the child, who was delivered to his family, was buried. On the suspicion of the family, Şafak G., whose grave was opened with the instructions of the prosecutor, was autopsy. Police teams working on the incident detained 3 people.
NEIGHBORHOOD REQUESTED FOR HELP
It was found out that the suspect Tugay A. had a bath after Şafak G.’s illness, took him to his house to come to him, had a bath and brought it to the abandoned building with his other friend UD. It was determined that Şafak G., whose first intervention was made at the scene, could not be saved, although he informed the bilateral health teams. While Tugay A. was arrested as part of the investigation, his wife and other suspect UD were released while the boy was brought to him.
On the other hand, residents of the region, who stated that young people using drugs have increased a lot recently, asked the authorities for help.
Şafak G.’s father Atakan G. made a statement after the incident, “My son had received 400 TL from me on the day of the incident. My son was taken to TA’s house after he received money from me. There, we learned that TA together with two friends of TA had drunk my son. After my son was drunk with drugs, he was thrown into the street by his friends and left to die. After my son was buried, I suspected some things and applied to the prosecutor’s office again. Upon this, the prosecutor’s office took the body again and decided to carry out an autopsy. The process is still ongoing. I call out to all families from here; Please take care of your children, my child is burned and your child should not be burned. Please take care of your children. I am addressing my Interior Minister, President, prosecutors and judges, please do not leave us alone ”.
Şafak G.’s friends said, “The child of our neighborhood would never have done anything like that. We think that this drug was made to force him to get money. He was not a child with evil and harm to anyone. Our only wish is that those who are caught and arrested receive the necessary penalties. Our friend has never used this item before. We think it’s a murder. Everyone smokes and sells like this neighborhood drug home. We, as the youth of the neighborhood, are very nervous, please help us. “
