In the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, two people were injured in an assault at the Heuvel in Tilburg. Three men have been arrested.
The police received a report around four o’clock that a 22-year-old man from Tilburg had been hit on the head with a bottle. Once there, the officers did indeed find an injured man. He was taken to hospital by ambulance.
Fifteen minutes later, the officers received a report of a 27-year-old injured man on Burgemeester Brokxlaan. He was there with two other men. The police suspect that this man was injured during the previous assault on the Heuvel. The 27-year-old was treated in hospital and subsequently arrested as a suspect in the assault. One of the men who was with him on the Burgemeester Brokxlaan was also arrested. The third suspect was arrested on Wednesday morning. It concerns a 23-year-old man who may have injured the 27-year-old during the fight.
