The company is looking for land in 6 countries in which to build factories. Half a year ago, the company announced that it would open a company in Greece, with an investment of 100m euros. The company’s first plant is in the German city of Aachen.

They liked the place for the factory – it will be on the site of the brothers Kiril and Georgi Domuschievi in the Balkan plant. The two were actively involved in negotiations with the German company and made a significant contribution to the deal.

The plans are to build a plant in Lovech by 2023, where 1,000 jobs will be created. The e.GO electric cars are small and travel nearly 200 km on a single battery charge. Their prices start from 26 thousand euros.

The caretaker investment was first announced by the caretaker Minister of Economy Kiril Petkov on Sunday. And on Tuesday he specified that he hopes to sign the agreement this Saturday.

The event will be in Sofia Tech Park, where the investor company will be presented, and Minister Kiril Petkov will ride in the electric car, which will be produced in our country.

A memorandum will also be signed between the Ministry of Economy and investors. It will commit to the Council of Ministers approving state support for the construction of the plant, which is expected to amount to 34m euros, by July 20th.
