Our press release of April 29, 5:06 p.m., entitled “Joint press release by the Essen public prosecutor and the Gelsenkirchen police” is supplemented as follows: After the crime scene work by the Krefeld homicide team has been completed, the investigators of the Gelsenkirchen police have the search warrant from the Essen district court that is still open carried out in the 29-year-old’s apartment.
Among other things, the officers found and secured the following items: marijuana worth around 1000 euros, other narcotics such as cocaine in smaller quantities, a larger amount of cash, an obviously sharp revolver, several air rifles and knives, a paintball hand grenade and self-made pyrotechnic articles.
