45468 MH.-Altstadt: A hitherto unknown perpetrator withdrew cash worth over EUR 1,000 from an ATM on Kaiserstrasse on May 5, 2019 with a third-party EC card. It is not yet known how the woman previously got the EC card. The rightful owner carried the bank card in the inside of his jacket when he needed medical help on a forest path and was admitted to a Mülheim hospital. At around 9:09 p.m., the alleged fraudster withdrew the cash from the Catholic Hospital’s ATM. The police are now looking for the woman’s identity and whereabouts. The responsible criminal police department 13 will receive information on 0201 / 829-0. / JH
