45326 E.-Altenessen-Süd: Since yesterday evening (February 11th) the police were looking for the missing Dennis B. He ran out of the apartment after an argument and has not been able to be found since then. That night, the police looked for the missing 10-year-old with the help of a helicopter and main trailer. In the morning, the police published a photo and a supplementary description of the boy and asked the population to help with the search. Even children called the police and said they wanted to support the search as well. Press release: https://www.presseportal.de/blaulicht/pm/11562/4836821 At around 5:55 p.m., police officers from the Cologne control center reported to the Essen police station and announced that a woman had met a boy at a train station in Leverkusen who would be frozen through and without a jacket in the train station. At the same time, the control center of the Cologne police dispatched a patrol team who took the boy into care and were ultimately able to identify him as the missing Dennis B. With this the search for the boy can be stopped. Many thanks to everyone who supported us in the search! (ChWi)
