Despite the emergence of new life expectancy tables (this is the case once in the year), not all pensioners who have applied for the conversion of their old-age pension will be able to benefit from it. Social Insurance Institution because it refuses to recalculate the benefit in certain cases. So who will benefit from the new boards GUS?
Retirement pension conversion. Who is affected?
Not everyone is entitled to recalculation pensions, this can only be done in specific cases. On new boards GUS those who retire from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022 or who have already reached retirement age and retired, but are still working and paying contributions, will benefit. Reason for recalculation benefits missing documents from before 1999 may also be found.
As he said in an interview with One of the Polish Radio headquarters spokesman SISTER Paweł Żebrowski, the benefit calculation is also possible in exceptional situations, for example when pensioner earns money. Then, he may apply for a pension conversion, even if he took it over two or three years ago. However, the conversion will only be calculated “in the part in which he made extra money”.

The new GUS plates can be used by people who retire from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022. It turns out that due to the prevailing epidemic, life expectancy has decreased. As we wrote, the life expectancy of 60- and 65-year-olds decreased by 13.8 and 13.3 months, respectively, which is the worst result in over 12 years.
