President Volodymyr Zelensky called on Western leaders to respond to Russia’s official announcement of strikes on Ukrainian cities. He said this in his new video message.

The President noted that tomorrow Russia officially announced the shelling of Ukrainian enterprises of the defense complex, most of which were built by the Soviet authorities in the cities. Now they are located in the middle of the usual urban environment. Thousands of people work there, hundreds of thousands live nearby.
“And this is a murder, a deliberate murder. And today I did not hear a reaction from any leader of the world, from any Western politician. Think about the sense of impunity of the occupiers – they announce planned atrocities. Why? Because there is no reaction. Because there is silence. Not a single words. As if Western leaders have disappeared for this evening, for this day,” Zelensky said.
He expressed the hope that “at least tomorrow” Western leaders will notice this and react.
“We know exactly who prepared this attack. We know exactly how the orders will go along the command line. We know everything and will not forgive anything. You will face a tribunal and God’s judgment if you try to hide,” the president said.
According to him, the audacity of the aggressor is a clear signal that the sanctions applied are not enough.
“You can’t hide from this reality, from new murders in Ukraine,” the president addressed Western leaders.
He noted that there was a lot of talk about humanitarian corridors. “There are people who need to leave, who cannot stay. And we heard a promise that there will be humanitarian corridors. There are none. Instead of humanitarian corridors, they can only make bloody corridors,” Zelensky said, recalling that today in Irpin, Kyiv region, during evacuation Russian invaders killed a family.
“How many such families died in Ukraine? We will not forgive, we will not forget, and we will punish everyone who committed atrocities in this war, on our land. We will find every bastard who fired at our cities … You will not have a single quiet place in this earth, except for the grave,” Zelensky stressed.
He said that today he decided to honor the heads of regional state administrations and mayors of cities who distinguished themselves most in the defense of their communities.
The Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky III degree was awarded to:
Sergei Gaidai – head of the Lugansk Regional State Administration;
Dmitry Zhivitsky – head of the Sumy Regional State Administration;
Pavel Kirilenko – Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration;
Vitaly Kim – head of the Nikolaev Regional State Administration;
Oleg Sinegubov – head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration;
Vyacheslav Chaus is the head of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration.
The Order “For Courage” of the III degree was awarded to:
Vladislav Atroshenko – Mayor of Chernihiv;
Vladimir Kovalenko – Mayor of Nova Kakhovka;
Igor Kolykhaev – mayor of Kherson;
Alexander Lysenko – Mayor of Sumy;
Alexander Senkevich – mayor of Nikolaev;
Igor Terekhov – mayor of Kharkov;
Ivan Fedorov is the mayor of Melitopol.
