“We will have more challenges during the winter, because we will be more indoors,” says Van Damme. “The catering industry is already preparing for this, which is very sensible.” Van Damme also has good advice about events in indoor spaces. “If we continue to apply the basic principles – not only in the halls, but also on the way there and when we return – then a lot is possible.
