Zadorov’s assist in his debut match for Vancouver helped the team beat Calgary in the NHL

The Vancouver Canucks defeated Calgary in an away match of the NHL regular season.

The meeting ended with a score of 4:3 (2:1, 1:0, 1:2). The winners included Quinton Hughes, Sam Lafferty, Russian forward Ilya Mikheyev, who also scored an assist, and Elias Pettersson. The Swede was assisted by defender Nikita Zadorov, who scored an effective performance in his debut match for the Canadian club against his former team.

On Friday, the Flames announced the trade of 28-year-old Zadorov to Vancouver.

Vancouver scored 33 points and is in second place in the Western Conference table, Calgary (23 points) is in ninth place.

In the next match on December 6, Vancouver will host New Jersey, Calgary will play at home with Minnesota.
