Yuzawa: Men’s slalom in Japan canceled due to wind

Daniel Yule was already ready with his number 1 when the men’s World Cup slalom in Yuzawa (Japan) had to be postponed for the first time to Sunday. One hour soon became two. At some point it was clear to everyone that you can’t run a fair race here today. The slalom in Yuzawa – canceled!

The wind is to blame. The World Ski Association (FIS) said that it was too strong and gusty. It is still uncertain whether and when the race will be rescheduled. There is actually only one way to catch up: in mid-March in Kranjska Gora in Slovenia. (Nim)
