YouTube star PewDiePie has reported back from his announced break after just a few weeks via video. “I have returned. After a month, a long break, I’m back again, ”announced the 30-year-old Swede in the recording published last night, which had been viewed almost six million times by noon today.
What did he do in the meantime? “Not as much. It was actually quite nice, ”said PewDiePie in the video. The break was urgently needed. He now wants to make some small changes step by step and in the future not just limit himself to making videos daily, as in the past. “Even if I missed it pretty much.”
The 30-year-old Swedish star, whose real name is Felix Kjellberg, became famous on YouTube for video game comments and was at times the world’s best-earning youtuber. In 2019, he was the first individual on YouTube to have over 100 million subscribers on his channel. It is currently 103 million. Recently, the criticism for his anti-Semitic and racist statements had become increasingly violent.
