Largie Ramazani had an expiring contract and closes the door at Manchester United behind her.
The young Belgian and Manchester United were unable to agree on a new contract, so Ramazani himself announced his retirement from the club. But he will not have been without a club for a long time.
The 19-year-old is about to complete his transfer to UD Almeria. The Spanish club is currently still competing for promotion to La Liga. For the time being, the club has six points less than leader Cadiz, but it still has one game too good.
Ramazani was followed by several clubs, including some European top clubs. But the youngster opts for more playtime at Almeria. Anderlecht’s youth product could also count on Anderlecht’s interest, but the club from Brussels failed to convince him.
Ramazani may not ring a bell with many, but the youth international was allowed to make his debut for Manchester United against Astana in the Europa League this season.
