Emotions ran high during the debate on racism yesterday. As we are used to from the Thinking companions, they always know how to ruin the atmosphere in the Chamber. Yesterday Farid Azarkan did not shy away from the confrontation, he had a major collision with both Lilian Marijnissen and Lodewijk Asscher. We will miss these kinds of actions if Think disappears in the upcoming elections.
Azarkan – and Denk – received the full layer of the SP yesterday, and in particular of Lodewijk Asscher. Think is talking about the behavior of others. In the eyes of Denk, everyone is a racist or the target group of Denk is extremely discriminated against.
These kinds of accusations did not go well with Asscher and Marijnissen. This led to a tough confrontation between both parties. After Azarkan was already tackled by Asscher, Marijnissen also wanted to score. Azarkan was not in the mood for this, so he decided to call Marijnissen a ‘drunk cucumber’.
Asscher was already on the move. He did not accept Azarkan’s reproaches. In the past, Denk has made numerous videos that have made Dutch politicians and columnists black. In fact, it was so bad that these people were threatened by Think sympathizers. Fortunately, Asscher Azarkan pointed to his extremely hypocritical behavior.
