Espanyol led by Venezuelan midfielder Yangel Herrera tied this Sunday 1-1 with Sevilla, in a game played at the Blue and Whites’ stronghold, the RCDE Stadium, a stronghold for the greats in which neither Real Madrid (2-1) nor Barcelona (2-2), reported sports media.
The Venezuelan played 80 minutes and together with Darder and Keide Bare annulled the Andalusian midfield.
In the 80 minutes he played, Herrera made 31 passes and 29 were successful (92% effective) and recovered eight balls in interceptions from 13 games he played and only had seven turnovers.
