The conference is one of the events to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the founding of SCO, with representatives from SCO member countries, observed countries, allied countries, ambassadors, diplomatic representatives of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and The Arab League member countries (LAS), as well as many famous Chinese entrepreneurs, attended the event.
SCO’s secretary-general Vladimir Norov, who opened the meeting, said SCO members are working together to build a financial mechanism to develop a data-driven economy. The deep understanding of TCSA’s solutions will help achieve the goal of building focused partnerships using innovative technology.
The conference will provide a technology model for macroeconomic governance, said Vladimir Norov. This work will accelerate the creation of the National Data Brain in different countries to achieve social security and economic recovery among all SCO member states.
TCSA President Adkins Zheng expressed his gratitude for the recognition and support of the SCO and elaborated on the construction of the National Data Brain.
Zheng said TCSA has pioneered a new model of the transfer, storage, processing and application of multi-dimensional data. And added that Working like CPU usage in a national economy will dramatically reduce the country’s data processing costs.
As the first international advisor to assist federal governments in establishing a digitalized national macroeconomic system through the creation of the National Data Brain, TCSA is widely recognized by agencies and academic institutions including: The World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF)
TCSA is currently in cooperation with 50 other central governments and central banks, with five in the process of signing the agreement and two countries that have signed a formal cooperation agreement.
