JAKARTA, celebrities.id – Xiaomi continue to innovate. This time the original company China it showcases the product headband which allows users to control their smarthome through their minds.
As reported by Gizmochina on Thursday (4/8/2022), this sophisticated headband is named Xiaomi MiGu. It is explained that the headband works by using the user’s brain waves. There are three points attached to the MiGu’s headband, which helps it receive brain waves. This point can roughly read the user’s EEG (Electroencephalography) using the potential difference.
For the uninitiated, an EEG is a test that measures electrical activity in the brain. And the Xiaomi headband uses artificially labeled machine learning to map these waveforms. Interestingly, the Xiaomi MiGu headband is claimed to not only allow users to control the device smartphone their home with mind, but will also monitor the user’s physical condition.
Project engineer Xiaomi MiGu said that this latest product is expected to allow everyone to enjoy a more comfortable smart life in a more natural way of interaction. Unfortunately the Xiaomi MiGu headband is a Xiaomi fad project that won Xiaomi’s online hackathon and it’s unclear whether the headband will be commercialized or not.
Anyway, the product seems quite attractive and will likely attract a lot of attention if the company decides to sell it at a later date.
