Xiaomi Scroll MIUI 12 to 13 Following Smartphone

BEIJING, iNews.id – Xiaomi rolling out MIUI 12 stable version to a number of phones. Besides appearance, MIUI also displays a number of additional features to make the user experience more comfortable.

With the increase, MIUI 12 not only promises smooth performance. But, functionality is also enhanced with the help of features such as the latest version of dark mode, AI calls, new privacy and security tools, multi-tasking features, animations and wallpapers.

Xiaomi claims, MIUI 12 is the first cellular operating system that has passed TÜV Rheinland’s Android System Enhanced Privacy Protection Test. A new report now indicates that stable version updates have begun to be pushed to new phones, including Mi 9, Mi 9 Pro 5G, Mi 10 Youth, Redmi K30 5G, and Redmi K30 Pro Zoom.

As per the report, the first batch of updates is available for new phones on June 28. The site adds models like the Mi 10 Pro, Mi 10, Mi 10 Youth Edition, Mi 9 Pro 5G, Mi 9 Explorer Edition, Mi 9, Redmi K30 Pro Zoom Edition, Redmi K30 Pro, Redmi K30 5G, Redmi K30, Redmi K20 Pro Exclusive Edition, Redmi K20 Pro, and Redmi K20.

The report is in line with the release schedule previously released by the company. Previously, the Chinese company has revealed plans to release the first stable build of MIUI 12 in June this year, as quoted from India Today, Monday (6/29/2020).

With the latest OS, there is a massive increase in the privacy department. MIUI 12 now notifies the user every time the application tries to access sensitive features such as camera, microphone, contacts, location and more.

With the latest update, users can now block access to the application with one tap. Another interesting feature coming to mobile phones is the Ultra Battery Saver mode which brings a minimalist home screen with only important applications.

However, this mode is only activated when the mobile battery is below five percent. Dark mode will also be very attractive to users. Interestingly, third-party applications can also run in dark mode here.
