Kickoff-Show:
Even before the kickoff show, it was announced on WWE.com that Keith Lee had not received ring clearance and could not participate in the PPV. As a result, a Four Way Match between Mustafa Ali, Ricochet, Elias and John Morrison has been scheduled, the winner of which will take Keith Lee’s place in the United States Championship Match against Bobby Lashley and Matt Riddle.

4 Way Match – The winner replaces Keith Lee in the United States Championship Triple Treath Match
John Morrison won against Ricochet, Mustafa Ali & Elias via pin to Mustafa Ali after a scooter.

As the commentary panel also revealed, the pay-per-view will start with the WWE Universal Championship # 1 Contender Elimination Chamber Match and the associated title match will take place immediately afterwards. The winner of the Chamber Match will not be given a break before he has to deal with the “Tribal Chief” Roman Reigns.
Main-Show:

When Sami Zayn celebrated his entry and was locked in his chamber, the referee referred Zayn’s camera team to his displeasure.

Daniel Bryan won against Cesaro, King Corbin, Jey Uso, Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens via pin to Jey Uso after the running knee.

After the match, the “Tribal Chief” celebrates his glorious victory before he catches the Spear of WWE Hall Of Famer and Royal Rumble 2021 winner Edge. Edge points to the Wrestlemania logo for pyro effects. The Rated R Superstar has decided on the WWE Universal Champion, which means the first Wrestlemania match is certain.
We get to see excerpts from Stone Cold Steve Austin’s “Skull Sessions” with guest Sasha Banks, the episode airs after the PPV on the WWE Network.
The commentators show pictures of 24/7 Champion Bad Bunny’s appearance on Saturday Night Life and shortly afterwards the artist can be seen backstage talking to Sonya Deville. The Miz interrupts the two and asks what Bad Bunny is doing here, who replies that he is the reigning WWE 24/7 Champion and in turn replies The Miz’s question. Mr. Money In The Bank hits Bad Bunny, but the Champion hits back. Apparently, Bunny’s punch wasn’t bad at all as The Miz turned away. When Miz looked back in Bunny’s direction, Damien Priest was standing in front of him. The A-Lister pulls away and Bad Bunny and Damian Priest have fun with their buddies.

Riddle won against Bobby Lashley (c) & John Morrison via pin to Morrison after Bro Derek. -> Title change!

The champions Jax and Baszler are the first to celebrate their move, afterwards of course there is still time for an interview. Kayla Braxton is behind the curtain on 2021 Royal Rumble winner Bianca Belair and WWE Smackdown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks. Reginald also joins them and promotes Belair and Banks, he also wants to make a bottle of his finest champagne jump. Bianca Belair turns to Banks and says that the “EST” may announce their decision after the match

Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler (c) won against Sasha Banks & Bianca Belair via pin to Sasha Banks by Nia Jax after the Samoan Drop.

– Shortly before the end of the match, Reginald came to the ring with the promised bottle of champagne and handed it over to Banks so that she can use the bottle as a weapon. But the referee got wind of it and the distraction caused Nia Jax to take advantage of the hour to win.
