A 27-year-old woman from Baarle-Nassau was killed in a head-on collision on the Boshovenring in her hometown on Tuesday morning. The driver of the other car was also seriously injured and taken to hospital.

The accident happened just after eight o’clock. Emergency services were on hand at the accident site. An air ambulance was also called in.
Due to the damage, the N639 between Baarle-Nassau and Breda is closed, as is the connection with the A58.
