AFP Modelo enabled a new website so that foreign citizens with problems in their identity card, can make the withdrawal of their 10% online and thus avoid having to go to branches.

In the page tu10conmodelocedulavencida.cl Affiliates will be able to enter a graphic record for the validation of their identity card and / or immigration documentation, which before they had to do in person and which has generated crowds in some branches.
“At AFP Modelo, we have made important efforts to increase service at the branches, but unfortunately the limitations that exist due to the pandemic have prevented us from reaching the appropriate levels,” the administrator laments.
For this reason, together with the implementation of the new website, “we continue to look for mechanisms to improve face-to-face service. In particular, we are working to set up another larger venue as soon as possible, in Santiago Centro, which will be reported in due course ”.
Regarding the 10% payments, until Thursday of this week, AFP Modelo reports that it made 1,402,968 transfers to the affiliates’ financial institutions, for withdrawal requests of 10% and additionally, they have created around 25,000 accounts 2, without commission and taxes, at the request of your clients.
