The House of Music offers lower prices for night owls. From 8 p.m. you can go to the museum at half price.
VIENNA / INNER CITY. The House of Music has come up with something special for night owls: With the new “Night Ticket”, the museum can be explored daily between 8 pm and 10 pm at half price, namely at 7 instead of 14 euros. “The Night Ticket offers a special evening cultural experience every day. It allows you to discover all the highlights of the Sound Museum such as the ‘Sonotopia Universe’ or the ‘Virtual Conductor’ at half price,” says Kurt Gollowitzer, Managing Director of Wien Holding, to which the Haus der Listened to music.
The focus is currently on Beethoven until September. At “Inside Beethoven – The Walkable Ensemble” visitors can become part of an orchestra themselves and in the inner courtyard of the museum works by the Hungarian artist Márton Barabás are shown, who translates the poetry of Beethoven’s music into visuals under the title “Hommage à Beethoven”.
