Analyzes of the optimal structure for the merger of PGNiG with Orlen and Lotos are underway. Here, PKN Orlen plays a leading role, and everything takes place under the supervision of the Minister of State Assets – said Paweł Majewski, president of PGNiG. – We expect that all these works in an optimistic variant may result in the merger in the middle of next year – he said in an interview with money.pl conducted during the Economic Forum in Karpacz.
