into early Friday. This storm will deliver widespread snow which
will be heavy over the Cascades and portions of southeast Washington
and north-central Idaho. The snow will generally taper off Friday
followed by an intrusion of bitter arctic air and dangerously cold
wind chill values.

accumulations of 1 to 3 but locally up to 3 to 7 inches over the
mountains. For the Wind Chill Watch, dangerously cold wind chills
possible. Wind chills as low as 20 to 35 below zero.

* WHERE…Bonners Ferry, Rockford, Priest River, Athol, Clark Fork,
Schweitzer Mountain Road, Airway Heights, Cheney, Sandpoint,
Davenport, Downtown Spokane, Fairfield, Eastport, and Spokane
Valley.

* WHEN…For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 4 AM Thursday to 4 AM
PST Friday. For the Wind Chill Watch, from Thursday evening
