Once in the Okhta Mall shopping center I saw a picture of people entering the center without masks, who were stopped by the guards with a demand to put on a mask (otherwise they would not be allowed), and demanded to provide them with PPE. To which the guards replied that they should go and buy masks in some kind of stall.
At the same time, people leaving the shopping center gave their masks to those who entered.
After that, the guards immediately dropped off to the entrance to meet the next visitors without masks.
Summary: – Having a mask (pass) on your hands (it is not necessary to put it on your face) you can visit any public places.
If the “authorities” really care about the safety of the crown for citizens, they would find a way (for example, they look for money from sponsors through SMS) to provide all people arriving in public places with social PPE.
And so, it really looks like / BUSINESS /, and nothing personal under a veiled concern for the health of citizens.
In the same neighboring country of Finland, in all public places at the entrance there are boxes of gloves and there are containers with antiseptics hanging.
