REGULATIONS
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- Those wishing to participate in the contest must complete the short form available on the Facebook page or the website of the Club de hockey L’Océanic de Rimouski between April 20 and 26, 2021.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION
- One (1) 65 ” SAMSUNG TV valued at $ 1023.99.
PRIZE DISTRIBUTION
- The name of the winner will be determined by a live draw in the post-game des Nics, presented on the L’Océanic Facebook page, on Monday April 26, 2021 at 10:15 p.m., the competition deadline. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by the contest deadline. The winner will be contacted by phone by the organization and will have 7 days to claim their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or the prize has not been claimed after this period, a new winner will be selected.
- The name of the winner will be published on the website of the Club de hockey L’Océanic de Rimouski https://oceanic.qc.ca/
- By participating in the contest, any winner authorizes the Club de hockey L’Océanic de Rimouski to use their name, address and / or photograph for advertising purposes without any form of remuneration.
START AND END DATE OF THE CONTEST.
- The competition starts on April 20, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. and ends on April 26, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
PRIZE AWARD DATE
- The draw will take place at the Colisée Financière Sun Life in Rimouski located at 111, 2e rue Ouest, Québec (Quebec), G5L 4X3, April 26, 2021 at 10:15 p.m.
GENERAL RULES
- The ad and any images associated with the advertisements for this contest are for illustrative purposes only. By participating in this contest, any winner agrees to comply with each and every one of the conditions set out in these rules in addition to releasing, releasing and exonerating the Club de hockey L’Océanic de Rimouski and their respective affiliated companies, as well as that their employees, representatives, agents, mandataries and partners with regard to all claims, actions or causes of action, responsibilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature whatsoever, in relation to or arising directly or indirectly from participation in this competition or use of the indicated prize.

- Prior to obtaining the prize, as an essential condition for obtaining it, the winner must correctly answer the following mathematical skill-testing question 150 x 2 / 5. Following an exact answer to the mathematical question, the participant will be declared winner.
- The Club de hockey L’Océanic de Rimouski reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest, or any part thereof at any time, for any reason. for whatever reason and without notice, any decision being subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux.

- The eco-fees are paid by the Club de hockey L’Océanic de Rimouski.
- This contest is subject to all applicable laws. Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
- This contest is held and organized solely by and for the benefit of the Club de hockey L’Océanic de Rimouski.
