At the beginning of December, and as usual every year, in 7Cannibals We proposed to our readers to participate in our traditional # porramichelin7C. to know your opinion about who would be the winners in the next gala of the Michelin guide. We leave you your answers.
As a summary, the most voted to obtain the first star Michelin have been: Vertical (Valencia), Versatile (Zarza de Granadilla, Extremadura), Umiko (Madrid), Juicy (Barcelona), Santerra (Madrid), Saiti (Valencia), Saddle (Madrid), I recommend (Córdoba), Estate (Talavera de la Reina, Toledo), We (Madrid), Clay (Castroverde de Campos, Zamora), Kaleja (Málaga), Dromo (Badajoz), Ambivium (Peñafiel, Valladolid), Ca l’Amador (Josa de Cadí, Lleida), Muna (Ponferrada, León), Free (Ourense), the Jewish House (Santander) and Abaco (Pamplona).
