Who sells offspring better? Slavia has been fighting Sparta in recent years, but change may come

With the sale of Kuchta Slavia, she lost the last older offspring who may have been on the “B” sheet of the list for European cups. However, Slavia is doing absolutely great financially.

Spartan youth are often praised, the Slavic youth is a bit in the background. Yes, Sparta will send more players to the league on average, but the sewing has sent their puppies abroad in recent years and collected huge sums for them.

In the last three years alone, Jan Kuchta left Eden for 5 million euros, Tomáš Souček for 21 million euros, Alex Král for 12 million euros and Jaromír Zmrhal for 4 million euros. Altogether it makes 42 million euros, in terms of about a billion crowns. And it is still necessary to add a percentage of other transfers, which, for example, can cost another nice amount for the King or Souček.

In Sparta, it’s not so rosy with the transfers of the offspring. If we were looking for the last transfer of the “student” from Strahov, we would have to return until 2017, when Aleš Čermák left for Victoria Pilsen for 1 million euros.

However, it must be said that although Sparta did not sell the offspring in recent years, on the contrary, it prepared them for the group. In the coming years, if he sells Hložka, Karabka or Vitík, the table may look completely different.

In recent years, Slavia has found that giving space to her offspring and then selling them expensively to the club is a great economic benefit. Souček and Zmrhal were Slavia players all the time, the King was sewn together from Teplice for 900 thousand euros, Kuchta from Liberec for 400 thousand euros. Their subsequent transfers richly returned the amount paid.
