The goose that lays the golden eggs for Netflix is Spanish. The platform is again partnering with Alex Pina for a series taking place in Ibiza. The creator of Casa de Papel returns with White Lines on May 15 on Netflix.
After the Casa de Papel, Alex Pina returns to Netflix with a new series, this time produced in the United States. When a legendary Manchester DJ is discovered 20 after his disappearance in Ibiza, his sister returns to investigate the matter. His adventure will take him to the world of “Dance”and force her to face her dark sides. So we leave Madrid to head to another part of the countrySpain, the party island. At the casting of White Lines, we will find Laura Haddock that we saw in the second part of the adventures of Guardians of the Galaxy. She camped there the mother of Star lord and this time will be the main character. She will be accompanied by Spanish actress Marta Milans, who we also saw briefly in Shazam! Other names are added to the list like Rafael Morais, Javier Coll or Jade Alleyne and Tallulah Evans in the role of a character called Jenny Walker. The realization will be ensured by Nick Hamm (Killing Bono), Luis Prieto (Z. Nation) and Ashley Way (Merlin).
In the script as in the production, Alex Pina intends to reiterate the success of La Casa de Papel. The Iberian series can boast audience records since the broadcast of its first burst of episodes. According to the platform, the fourth season has been viewed more than 65 million times since its release on April 3, 2020. It is therefore a safe bet that the new series Netflix will know how to find its audience and attract crowds. The series will hit our screens on May 15 and will consist of 10 episodes of around 40 minutes each.
