WhatsApp groups have become an easy way to share opinions, tasks, functions, information, among others. But, in some cases, participants are added without even being consulted or with no real intention of being in the chat.

But there is a practical way you can avoid being included in a group without your consent and thus save yourself the trouble of leaving. This will allow you to have more control of your account.

For this you must open the messaging application, go to the ‘Settings’ section, which is generally located in the upper right. Go to the ‘Accounts’ section, then ‘Privacy’ and go to ‘Groups’.

Once there, you will find three options of who can add it: ‘Everyone’, ‘My contacts’, ‘My contacts, except …’, In the latter, you can choose who will not be able to automatically include them in a chat.

With this activated, you will first receive a request in which you specify whether or not you want to be part of the group conversation.

Another easy option to go unnoticed among your contacts is to review their state stories without them knowing you saw them.

To do this, go to the ‘Settings’ part of your application, there you will have a menu through which you can enter ‘Account’ and then ‘Privacy’.

Once there you must deactivate the confirmation of reading messages; This will also cause the two blue icons to not appear next to a message if the contact to whom it was sent read it. But it will allow you to see all the stories of your contacts, without them knowing. And you can activate it as many times as you want to go incognito between the states of others.

Likewise, WhatsApp has just included a search engine in the stickers option, which surely many users have been waiting for a while. This will allow them to be found easily and, in addition, they will be grouped by different categories such as happy, sad, brave, among others.

The company assured that it is a tool that they are developing, so they ask the creators of stickers to tag them when saving them with an emoji or text that makes it easy to identify them within the search engine, so that this option is also useful for images that are made by third parties.
