On Android you can find your most frequent contacts and the corresponding chat information in WhatsApp under “Settings”> “Data and memory usage”> “Memory usage”.
Chat statistics for iOS users
iPhone owners can also find the information in WhatsApp under “Settings”> “Data and memory usage”> “Memory usage”. Clicking on the individual contacts will now show you the exact chat numbers.
Under “Manage …” you can also easily free up your storage space, for example by deleting pictures, videos, stickers and Co. from the chats.
