It was around 11:20 p.m. when the entire Mons-Borinage region was plunged into complete darkness, the electrical network having visibly dropped. On the Ores site, the map showing breakdowns and various interventions in progress shows all the cabins in the Mons-Borinage regions as being victims of a breakdown. The Borinage seems entirely impacted, while in Mons, only the western part would be affected.
